Terms of Application:

• To redeem is required upon reservation and subject to availability.
• Prepayment is required before the issuance of the Gift Certificate
• Departure date redeem their Gift Certificate from the date of issue:
  • Check Accommodation: 1 year.
  • Check Spa: 4 months old.
  • Check Gourmet: 6 months.
• Can not be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers.
• You can not return it once hired.
• It is essential to the presentation of this voucher on the day of use. If not submitted, the hotel will charge the total value of the gift certificate.
• It remains open the possibility of changing the name of the person for which it was created
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

• Cancellation policy Gift Lodging: * In the time that a date be set for using the gift voucher will apply the following cancellation policy: a) the maximum date of cancellation without charge is 2 days before arrival, b) any subsequent cancellation or no shows will result in total loss of Gift to 100% of any additional service contract.
